- Orders are dispatched daily from Monday to Saturday.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be dispatched on the following working day.
2. Delivery Time
- For major cities in Pakistan, deliveries typically take 2-3 business days.
- For remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 5-7 business days, depending on the location.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays or courier-related issues.
3. Shipping Charges
- Our standard shipping partner is Pakistan Post.
- Delivery charges start from PKR 250, and they may vary based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the destination.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking information. You can use this information to track your shipment via the Pakistan Post website or app.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. Undelivered or Lost Packages
In the rare event that a package is lost or undelivered, please contact our customer support team at +92 327 6428 535 for assistance. We will work with Pakistan Post to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.
